Dined at Tempus earlier this evening (Jan 11, 2026) and it was superb. I’d give everything a 9 out of 5 if possible because I cannot overstate how delicious the food was nor how attentive and competent the service. Drinks mixed perfectly and suggestions offered by the staff for foods were spot on. I’d like to add more pics to the review but I was busy eating. Recommendations - order everything. I loved it.
Came here for dinner with a group of friends. Everything we ordered was delicious and full of flavour. The service and ambience was also great.
We had a work function here and every single item was above reproach. Just Devine food, service and atmosphere. The staff were so incredible at optimising drinks and food to our palate, at times making bespoke cocktails. It took a while for cabs to come at the end and the staff couldn’t have been more hospitable and helpful. One of the best dining experiences of my life.
This is a great little central cafe. The coffee was very smooth tasting decently priced. I also got the Reuben toasty and that was delicious very well balanced mostly inside seating but there is a small amount of outside seating service was also simple and nice.
Food here is amazing. We were here yesterday and ended up back here again after we couldn’t get served across the road. Their menu is different to most cafes but lovely and the coffee here is to die for (be aware that they don’t do syrups but you can get honey and the latte with honey is beautiful!) Also the staff are very friendly! As soon as we walked in, the server took our coffee order and we didn’t have to wait long to make a food order. Also the food was fast! We love this place!
Food was fantastic, especially the vegetarian options. We loved the zucchini and pea fritter and the Middle Eastern bowl - it was sold out the first time we visited around noon, so yes, we went back a second time to try it. The children enjoyed the kimchi toastie. Portions were just right for one person. Coffee quality varied across our two visits, but the service was consistently great. They seated us promptly even during a busy lunch period, and we noticed a queue forming while we were dining. The décor and washrooms are also well done, which adds to the overall appeal of the place.
The whole experience was amazing. I loved every dish and each of the beers that I tried, and a few of the cocktails. Highlights from menu were the duck manti, the lamb and the margarita. Plenty of gluten free options on the main menu too. They have locally sourced ingredients and they staff are really knowledgeable about the provenance of the food and beverages.
Went here on the weekend and we did the Chef's menu and each course was absolutely delicious. Service was friendly and warm. Our lunch was the perfect way to cap our wellness day out in the mountains. Highly recommend.
One of my favourite spots for breakfast in the mountains. Fantastic coffee, kind and lovely staff. Chill vibes. Ive only ever ordered the hash brown off the menu and I just can’t go past it. Crazy delicious. One day I will try something else, but it’s hard to beat perfection right?
I was blown away by the incredible food and atmosphere tonight! Firstly, the staff were so happy, bubbly and they had humour! They made you feel at ease right from the walk in! They weren't afraid to stop and have a friendly chat and were so attentive...never did we have to wait for a drink or our water to be filled. The food!! The food was mind blowing good!! Every single dish was so flavoursome and unique! There was a real natural, earthy and Australian botanical flair which I loved. The dishes were so beautifully designed that every ingredient was showcased and the flavour accented. It was a true sensory experience in the best possible way! I have travelled the world and experienced many fine foods, but tonight really made me feel proud of our Australian chefs, local businesses and produce! The atmosphere was sophisticated, yet it blended modern/contemporary vibes to ensure you felt relaxed and enjoyed the entire experience!
